Overview

WB-DEGS (Within and Between Group Comparisons for Differentially Expressed Gene Selection) is implemented as an application in the free R / Bioconductor software. It aims to improve the specification of the selection process and minimize the background noise.

WB-DEGS is able to preprocess, visualize, and Select genes with a precision to minimize the false positive rate. it also includes some classical gene selection methods.
