Data Import

BW-DEGS operates ".CEL" files issues from Affymetrix technology .

• To load ".CEL" files, select: import >> from the submenu select Raw data.

When selecting raw data File, the dialog box to choose the file ".CEL" will appear.

Please select the ".CEL" files. To ensure that the ".CEL" files are already imported, the following window appears.
