I am a research scholar working in the field of computational biology. My research area comprises of genetic and functional aspects implicated in DNA repair, associated disorders and pathways. My main focus is on the quantitative genetic study of the genes involved in several mechanisms of repair, analysis of SNPs and other genetic variations and also looking at the effect of these mutations at structural level.
