In WISA tool there are certain points which are important to know like-
-PAM matrix is always used when we performing global alignment.
-BLOSUM matrix is used with local alignment.
-Whenever the user is choosing the values for gap opening and ,he/she should select the values such that gap opening value always exceed the gap extension value.
-For the clustering ,fasta files should be used.
